Amendment of section 12G
Section 12G of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the words “per week” in subsection (2)(a) and substituting the words “for every period equal in duration to the male employee’s weekly index or every 6 days, whichever is the lower,”;
(b)
by deleting subsections (3) and (4); and
(c)
by deleting the words “, and recovery by the Government of,” in the section heading.
