Clause 10

Section 61D of the principal Act is amended by renumbering the section as subsection (1) of that section, and by inserting immediately thereafter the following subsection:“(2) The Minister may, in any order made under subsection (1), make such saving or transitional provisions as may be necessary or expedient.”.
