Amendment of section 61B

Section 61B of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by inserting, immediately after the word “Act” in subsection (1), the words “or any regulations made under this Act,”; and

(b)

by deleting the words “shall be paid to the Council” in subsection (4) and substituting the words “must be paid into the Consolidated Fund”.
