What does a dramatic work include
(1)
Subject to subsection (2), a “dramatic work” includes —
(a)
a work of dance or mime; and
(b)
a scenario or script for a film, but not a film.
(2)
A work of dance or mime made before the appointed day is not a dramatic work unless it is described in writing in the form in which the show is to be presented.
