Using record of sounds in films
(1)
This section applies where —
(a)
the sounds embodied in the sound‑track of a film are also embodied in a record; and
(b)
the record is not the sound‑track or derived, directly or indirectly, from the sound‑track.
(2)
Any use of the record is a permitted use of the film.
