Who is the maker of a broadcast
The maker of a broadcast is —
(a)
the person who broadcasts the relevant visual images or sounds (or both); and
(b)
in the case of direct broadcasting by satellite — the person who transmits the relevant visual images or sounds (or both) to the satellite transponder.
