Clause 476

CMO may apply to Tribunal on behalf of rights owners

(1)

A CMO that manages the use of a work or protected performance on behalf of the rights owner may make an application to a Tribunal under this Act on behalf of the rights owner.

(2)

A CMO may make a single application under subsection (1) on behalf of 2 or more rights owners.
