Clause 50

Copy of work includes temporary or incidental copy

(1)

Making a copy of a work that is temporary or is incidental to some other use of the work is to be treated as making a copy of the work.

(2)

To avoid doubt, this section applies in relation to an adaptation of a literary, dramatic or musical work as it applies in relation to an authorial work.
