Clause 79

Who is a Singapore resident

An individual is a “Singapore resident” if he or she is —

(a)

resident in Singapore; or

(b)

residing in Singapore under a valid pass lawfully issued to him or her under the Immigration Act to enter and remain in Singapore for any purpose other than a temporary purpose.
