What is the body administering an institution aiding persons with intellectual disabilities
The “body administering an institution aiding persons with intellectual disabilities” is —
(a)
in a case where the institution is a body corporate — the institution; or
(b)
in any other case — the body or person (including the Government) having ultimate responsibility for administering the institution.
