Clause 120

Amendment of Environmental Public Health Act

The Environmental Public Health Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “execute or” in the following provision:Section 31D(1)(d); and

(b)

by inserting, immediately after the word “person” in the following provision, the words “, or under or pursuant to any enforcement order,”:Section 31T.
