Clause 121

Amendment of Estate Duty Act

The Estate Duty Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “originating summons” in the following provision and substituting the words “originating application”:Section 33(2);

(b)

by deleting the word “leave” in the following provisions and substituting in each case the word “permission”:Section 47(3)Section 56(2); and

(c)

by deleting the words “execution may be levied” in the following provision and substituting the words “an enforcement order may be executed”:Section 55(3).
