Amendment of Goods and Services Tax Act
The Goods and Services Tax Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the words “in camera” in the following provisions and substituting in each case the words “in private”:Section 56(1) and (3); and
(b)
by deleting the words “writ of summons” in the following provision and substituting the words “originating claim”:Section 78(1).
