Amendment of Mediation Act 2017

The Mediation Act 2017 is amended —

(a)

by deleting the word “leave” in the following provisions and substituting in each case the word “permission”:Section 9(3)Section 10Section 11(1) and (2); and

(b)

by deleting the word “Leave” in the following provision and substituting the word “Permission”:Section 11 (section heading).
