Clause 161

Amendment of Merchant Shipping (Civil Liability and Compensation for Bunker Oil Pollution) Act

The Merchant Shipping (Civil Liability and Compensation for Bunker Oil Pollution) Act is amended by deleting the word “execution” in the following provision and substituting the words “an enforcement order”:Section 17(4).
