Clause 182

Amendment of Postal Services Act

The Postal Services Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the word “leave” in the following provisions and substituting in each case the word “permission”:Section 29(6)Section 39C(7); and

(b)

by deleting the words “in execution under any process” in the following provision and substituting the words “under or pursuant to an enforcement order”:Section 58(1).
