Clause 188

Amendment of Public Trustee Act

The Public Trustee Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “originating summons” in the following provision and substituting the words “originating application”:Section 5(1); and

(b)

by deleting the word “leave” in the following provision and substituting the word “permission”:Section 22(2).
