Clause 189

Amendment of Public Utilities Act

The Public Utilities Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “in execution” in the following provisions and substituting in each case the words “under or pursuant to an enforcement order”:Section 29Section 30;

(b)

by deleting the words “in execution” in the following provisions and substituting in each case the words “under or pursuant to enforcement order”:Section 29 (section heading)Section 30 (section heading); and

(c)

by deleting the words “execute or” in the following provision:Section 44I(1)(h).
