Amendment of Reciprocal Enforcement of Commonwealth Judgments Act
The Reciprocal Enforcement of Commonwealth Judgments Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the word “execution” in the following provisions and substituting in each case the word “enforcement”:Section 3(3)(b) and (4)(c); and
(b)
by deleting the word “plaintiff” in the following provision and substituting the word “claimant”:Section 3(5).
