Amendment of Sale of Goods Act
The Sale of Goods Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the word “plaintiff’s” in the following provisions and substituting in each case the word “claimant’s”:Section 52(1) and (2);
(b)
by inserting, immediately after the definition of “buyer” in section 61(1), the following definition:“ “claimant” includes a defendant counterclaiming;”; and
(c)
by deleting the definition of “plaintiff” in section 61(1).
