Amendment of Status of Children (Assisted Reproduction Technology) Act

The Status of Children (Assisted Reproduction Technology) Act is amended by deleting the word “leave” wherever it appears in the following provisions and substituting in each case the word “permission”:Section 10(2)(d) and (3).
