Clause 218

Amendment of Trustees Act

The Trustees Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the word “leave” in the following provision and substituting the word “permission”:Section 37(10);

(b)

by deleting the words “entered an appearance” in the following provision and substituting the words “filed and served a notice of intention to contest or not contest”:Section 58; and

(c)

by deleting the words “originating summons” in the following provisions and substituting in each case the words “originating application”:Section 63(4)Section 79(1).
