Clause 40

Amendment of section 4

Section 4 of the State Courts Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “, and shall appoint some place or places as the court house or court houses of each such Court”; and

(b)

by deleting the section heading and substituting the following section heading:“Constitution of State Courts”.
