Amendment of section 60E

Section 60E of the Supreme Court of Judicature Act is amended by deleting subsection (1) and substituting the following subsection:“(1) Despite section 50(1), a case before the Court of Appeal may, if the Tenth Schedule so provides, be heard and determined by a single Judge.”.
