Clause 74

Amendment of Sixth Schedule

Paragraph 1 of the Sixth Schedule to the Supreme Court of Judicature Act is amended by deleting the full‑stop at the end of sub‑paragraph (l) and substituting a semi‑colon, and by inserting immediately thereafter the following sub‑paragraph:“(m)the appeal is made under section 4B(1) of the Attorney‑General (Additional Functions) Act against a decision of the General Division —

(i)

refusing permission to the Attorney‑General to intervene in proceedings in the General Division, or setting aside the order granting permission to intervene;

(ii)

refusing to set aside the order granting permission to the Attorney‑General to intervene; or

(iii)

arising from an appeal against a decision of a State Court, Family Court or Youth Court refusing permission to the Attorney‑General to intervene, setting aside the order granting permission to intervene or refusing to set aside the order granting permission to intervene.”.
