Clause 81

Amendment of Arbitration (International Investment Disputes) Act

The Arbitration (International Investment Disputes) Act is amended by deleting the word “execution” wherever it appears in the following provisions and substituting in each case the word “enforcement”: Section 5 Section 6(d).
