Amendment of Commodity Trading Act

The Commodity Trading Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “a levy of execution” in the following provisions and substituting in each case the words “an enforcement order”:Section 18(2)(b) and (3)(c);

(b)

by deleting the words “in execution under the order” in the following provision and substituting the words “under or pursuant to an enforcement order”:Section 30(3)(b); and

(c)

by deleting the words “in camera” in the following provision and substituting the words “in private”:Section 51(2)(b).
