Clause 4
Budget adjustments for prior appropriations
(1)
The sums appropriated from the Consolidated Fund and the Development Fund for FY 2021 by the Supply Act 2021 for the Heads of Expenditure specified in Part 2 of the Schedule are reduced to the extent provided respectively in that Part.
(2)
The reductions under subsection (1) relating to the Consolidated Fund totalling $214,000,000 are to be applied, in the manner directed by the Minister, as appropriations in aid of the Heads of Expenditure for the public services specified in Part 1 of the Schedule.
