Clause 5
Effect in relation to Supply Act 2021
(1)
This Act (except section 3 and Part 1 of the Schedule) —
(a)
is to be construed as if it formed part of the Supply Act 2021 relevant to the Heads of Expenditure concerned; and
(b)
is to have effect as if it had commenced on 1 April 2021.

This Act is a Supply law for the purposes of sections 12(3) and 17A of the Financial Procedure Act (Cap. 109).
