Amendment of section 376E

Section 376E(2) of the Penal Code is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “section 355,” in paragraph (a) and substituting the words “section 354, 354A, 355,”; and

(b)

by deleting “377(3),” in paragraph (a) and substituting the words “377(1)(e), (f), (g) or (h),”.
