Amendment of section 376EA

Section 376EA(2) of the Penal Code is amended —

(a)

by deleting “377(3),” in paragraph (a) and substituting the words “377(1)(e), (f), (g) or (h),”;

(b)

by deleting the word “or” at the end of paragraph (a); and

(c)

by deleting the full‑stop at the end of paragraph (b) and substituting the word “; or”, and by inserting immediately thereafter the following paragraph:“(c)section 7 of the Children and Young Persons Act.”.
