Amendment of section 377BL
Section 377BL(6) of the Penal Code is amended —
(a)
by deleting the words “the genital or anal region of B” in paragraph (b) and substituting the words “the genital region or buttocks (whether exposed or covered) of B, where the depiction is sexual and”; and
(b)
by deleting the words “the breasts of B if B is female,” in paragraph (c) and substituting the words “the breasts (whether exposed or covered) of B if B is female, where the depiction is sexual and”.
