Public notice of Part 5 or 6 directives, etc.
Without limiting section 49, the competent authority may prepare a notice informing about any designation made under Part 4, or any directive given under Part 5 or 6, with respect to any person, and publish the notice —
(a)
on the official website of the competent authority; and
(b)
in such other manner as will secure adequate publicity for the fact of the making of the designation or giving of the directive.
