Amendment of section 79F

Section 79F of the COVID‑19 (Temporary Measures) Act 2020 (called in this Act the principal Act) is amended by inserting, immediately after subsection (2), the following subsection:“(2A) For the purpose of subsection (2)(c), different fees may be prescribed for different applications.”.
