Amendment of section 62B
Section 62B(7) of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the words “section 24, where the buyer and seller” and substituting the words “section 24 or 25, where the buyer and seller or the transferee and transferor (as the case may be)”; and
(b)
by inserting, immediately after the words “date of sale”, the words “or transfer (as the case may be)”.
