Clause 17
Amendment of Article 113
Article 113 of the Constitution is amended —
(a)
by deleting the words “the Public Service Commission or the Legal Service Commission, as the case may be,” in clauses (1) and (2) and substituting in each case the words “the relevant Commission”;
(b)
by deleting clause (3); and
(c)
by deleting the words “Public Service Commission and Legal Service Commission” in the Article heading and substituting the word “Commissions”.
