Clause 11

Amendment of Public Sector (Governance) Act 2018

Section 2(1) of the Public Sector (Governance) Act 2018 is amended by inserting, immediately after paragraph (c) of the definition of “public service”, the following paragraph:“(ca)the Singapore Judicial Service;”.
