Clause 15

Amendment of Transport Safety Investigations Act 2018

Section 2 of the Transport Safety Investigations Act 2018 is amended by inserting, immediately before the words “or the Legal Service Commission” in paragraph (d)(ii) of the definition of “other proceedings”, the words “, the Judicial Service Commission”.
