Clause 12

Amendment of National Heritage Board Act

(1)

Section 31(1) of the National Heritage Board Act is amended by deleting the word “including” in paragraph (f) and substituting the word “excluding”.

(2)

Section 46(10) of the National Heritage Board Act is amended by deleting the definition of “monument” and substituting the following definition:“ “monument” has the meaning given by section 2 of the Preservation of Monuments Act 2009.”.
