Amendment of section 27B

Section 27B of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by inserting, immediately after the words “section 15(2)” in subsection (1)(a)(ii)(A) and (b)(i), “, 15AA(1)”;

(b)

by inserting, immediately after the words “section 15” in subsection (3)(c), the words “or 15AA”; and

(c)

by inserting, immediately after the words “section 15,” in subsection (6)(a), “15AA, 15AB,”.
