Amendment of section 77

Section 77(1) of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “13(7A) to (7G)” in paragraph (ba) and substituting the words “13(7A), (7C), (7D) and (7G)”; and

(b)

by deleting the words “sections 26 to 26D” in paragraph (na) and substituting the words “sections 26 and 26A”.
