Clause 41

Section 77(1) of the principal Act is amended by inserting, immediately after paragraph (fb), as inserted by section 39(c), the following paragraph:“(fc)for the purposes of section 13C, including prescribing the persons and circumstances mentioned in section 13C(1);”.
