Clause 48

Amendment of section 24

Section 24(3A) of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting “25(2A)” and substituting “25A(3)”; and

(b)

by deleting paragraph (b) and substituting the following paragraph:“(b)the person or persons who are entitled to the whole or a share of the moneys payable to the Public Trustee under section 25A(1),”.
