Amendment of section 25

Section 25 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting subsections (2) and (2A); (b)by deleting the words “(2) or” in subsection (4); and

(c)

by deleting the section heading and substituting the following section heading:“Payment on death of member to nominated person”.
