Clause 6

Amendment of section 15A

Section 15A of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “in section 15” and substituting the words “in sections 15, 15AA and 15AB”; and (b)by deleting the words “section 15(2)(b), (c), (d), (e), (f) or (g)” and substituting the words “section 15(2)(b) or (c) or 15AA(1)”.
