Clause 64

Subject to subsection (2), section 14 of the principal Act as amended by section 42 applies to every cash grant or specified payment paid into the Fund under section 14(1) or (1A) (as the case may be) of the principal Act before, on or after the date of commencement of section 42.

Section 14(3AA)(b) of the principal Act does not apply to any cash grant or specified payment paid into the Fund under section 14(1) or (1A) (as the case may be) of the principal Act before the date of commencement of section 42.
