Saving and transitional provision for Part 8
Despite section 57 and subject to section 19D(2) to (7) of the principal Act, sections 19, 19A, 19B and 19C of the principal Act as in force immediately before the date of commencement of section 57 continue to apply to moneys transferred or paid to a relevant individual’s or payee’s account in the Fund under section 18(1), (2) or (3) of the principal Act before that date as if section 57 had not been enacted where —
the relevant individual or payee (as the case may be) died before that date; or
the Board has, before that date, received the application of the relevant individual or payee (as the case may be) to withdraw any sum from the Fund under section 15(2)(b) or (c) of the principal Act.
