Clause 5

Section 3(1) of the amended principal Act is amended by inserting, immediately after paragraph (b), the following paragraph:“(ba)all foreign reserve assets received by the Government from the Authority in exchange for RMGS issued to the Authority, all income from these foreign reserve assets and all proceeds realised from the disposition of any of the foreign reserve assets;”.
