Amendment of section 45
Section 45(2) of the Prisons Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the words “suffering from leprosy” and substituting the words “suffering from an infectious disease”; and
(b)
by deleting the words “his leprosy” and substituting the words “the infectious disease”.
