Amendment of section 22

Section 22 of the Geographical Indications Act 2014 is amended —

(a)

by inserting, immediately after subsection (3), the following subsection:“(3A) An application to the Registrar for rectification is subject to the rules mentioned in section 84(2)(ea).”; and

(b)

by deleting the words “or correction” in the section heading.
